Anmol is a senior majoring in Business Economics and a William F. Sharpe Fellow at UCLA. He has led over 6 strategy consulting projects with local businesses through IBB and has led the club as Vice President this past year. Post graduation, Anmol will be working in strategy consulting at L.E.K. Consulting in their LA office. Outside of work, he enjoys cooking, exploring new cafes, and working out!

Adithi loves crème brûlée, kickboxing, playing the sax, and Wordhunt. She is a senior majoring in Cognitive Science and Applied Mathematics. She is the director of tech and Supreme Overlord of Team RAGE @IBB. She trains kickboxing everyday with her friends and plays anime theme songs in the sax. Adithi has so many business ideas that she wants to pursue. You may find her thinking hard staring at her notes app trying to come up with a weird name for her next venture.

Andrija is a junior majoring in Economics currently pursuing a career in management consulting. He has an interest in public policy, the intersection of psychology and business, and AI technologies. In addition to IBB, he is also involved in Diverse City Tours, a club showcasing underrepresented communities in LA, and is also the founder of Balkan Bruins, the first Balkan heritage club at UCLA. In his free time, he enjoys developing video games, playing volleyball or tennis, or having coffee outside on sunny days.

Evelyn is a freshmen majoring in business economics, pursuing a minor in stats and data science. Her interests include international economics, social impact and environmental science. She has worked on 4 different consulting projects, and hopes to pursue a career in strategy consulting. Outside of school, she enjoys running, sewing, and nature photography.

Sanjiti is a freshman majoring in Business Economics and is interested in exploring the fields of consulting, marketing, and the intersection of the sports and entertainment industries with business. She is pursuing these interests by founding a digital magazine called The Teen Edit and promoting upcoming artists and brands in their growth stages. Besides IBB, Sanjiti is in the UCLA Club Swim Team and enjoys hot yoga, reading, and trying new cafés.

Ayush is a freshman majoring in Economics, with an interest in Venture Capital, Private Equity, Investment Banking alongside Strategy Consulting and hopes to pursue a career within one of the following fields. Ayush is also involved in Scholars of Finance and Rocket Project at UCLA. Outside of school, Ayush plays cricket for UCLA and loves to travel.

Charlotte is a sophomore majoring in Mathematics and Economics with a minor in European Language and Transcultural Studies with a specialization in French. She is interested in International business and Finance, and is perusing a career in the intersection of these two interests. In addition to IBB, Charlotte is involved in Bruin Capital Management, Bruin Women in Business, and UCLA French club. Outside of school, she enjoys playing tennis, going to the gym, and traveling.

Agastya joined IBB in Fall quarter of his freshman year and joining the club was one of his best decisions in college, as the club provided him with a strong sense of community and helped him discover his career interests. Agastya was also the Director of Consulting of the club during the 2022-2023 academic year and served as Internal President during the 2023-2024 academic year. Outside of school, Agastya loves sports, being active and exercising, especially racket sports.

Matthias is a junior majoring in Mechanical Engineering with interests in mechanical design, industrial design, entrepreneurship, and additive manufacturing. He has worked on two consulting projects with IBB and has previously interned at fintech and project engineering firms. Outside of IBB, Matthias is involved in Bruin Formula Racing and is a UCLA international student ambassador.

Tulip is a sophomore majoring in Economics with a minor in Accounting. She’s passionate about finance, consulting, and entrepreneurship, aiming to build a career in these fields. At UCLA, she has worked on numerous consulting projects with IBB and gained valuable finance experience through internships. Actively involved in campus organizations like Volunteer for Income Tax Assistance (VITA) and The Women’s Network, Tulip also enjoys reading, traveling, fitness, and exploring new coffee shops.

Akshay is a young Economics & Data Science professional interested in the startup and product management space as well as the film & television industry. By combining these passions, he's keen on exploring opportunities in executive and production-based roles within the business entertainment domain.

Daniel is a junior majoring in Business Economics with an interest for private equity and management consulting. Having grown up in six different countries, he brings a unique international perspective to his work. Daniel has extensive experience in consulting projects and has interned at a Singaporean private equity firm. Daniel also enjoys traveling, exploring new cuisines, playing all kinds of sports, playing guitar, and skiing.

Arsh is a freshman majoring in Mathematics/Economics with an interest in quantitative finance. Arsh has interned at tech startups and hedge funds to FURTHER explore new avenues within the realm of finance. Outside of school, he enjoys playing cricket, tennis and watching "How I met your mother".

Brock is a sophomore majoring in Business Economics that has an interest in consulting, finance, technology, and healthcare. He joined IBB in the Winter of 2024 and he is interested in a career in management consulting or finance. In addition to IBB, he is apart of the Student Alumni Association and Club Tennis. Outside of school he is interested in soccer, going to the beach, and watching sports.

Thuy is a sophomore majoring in Economics and Pre-Cognitive Science with a minor in Accounting. She is pursuing management consulting in hopes of working at the intersection between international business and social impact. As an IBB member, Thuy had the opportunity to work on several consulting cases and build her business acumen. Besides that, she is involved in the CRC and SEACLEAR project to help increase retention of UCLA BIPOC students by connecting them with the right resources and support. In her free time, she loves to explore and recreate cuisines and crafts from other cultures, especially coffee.

Ethan is a freshman at UCLA majoring in Linguistics and Computer Science, passionate about startups, venture capital, business development, and consulting. He has honed his skills through diverse consulting projects including venture capital firms and AI startups. In addition, he has gained valuable experience by taking on roles such as Business Development Intern at Promazo and Accounting Intern at Jadedox Packaging. On campus, Ethan is deeply involved, serving as the Director of Internal Affairs at the Castel Collective and being a general member in the Weekends entrepreneurship community.

Outside of school, she enjoys spending time with her friends, hiking, and exploring LA.

Fedor is a first-year Cognitive Science major with interests spanning Consulting, Product Management, Artificial Intelligence, Startups and Clinical Psychology. He has experience interning in Startup Business Development and working on 3 Consulting projects. Apart from IBB, Fedor is involved in BruinAI and BruinSynaptoGenesis. His outside interests include playing cello, running, video games, and mental health.

Ashley is a freshman majoring in Biochemistry. Her interest lies in the business side of biotechnology, and she hopes to pursue a career in healthcare consulting, venture capital or private equity. In addition, she is passionate about social impact, particularly with regards to equitable access to healthcare. During her free time, she enjoys trying new workout classes and restaurants, and exploring the city with friends.

Anish is a sophomore majoring in Business Economics, simultaneously pursuing a Spanish minor, with interest in asset management, marketing, as well as entrepreneurship. He has worked on a variety of projects in both the consulting and marketing industries, gaining hands on experience in hopes of eventually create his own company. Outside of school, he enjoys playing beach volleyball, snowboarding, and motorsport racing.

Pranav Reddy is a freshman majoring in Economics and Statistics & Data Science as well as a minor in Global Studies. His previous endeavors include internships at agritech startups and data science companies, research with Ph.D. scholars from the Imperial College (London) on climate change and mental health, and awards from the Harvard International Review. His interests include management strategy, economic consulting, and geopolitical risk analysis, and he's currently trying to improve his cooking skills!
